This meeting is open to anyone seeking a better understanding of the practice of meditation, or those who wish to deepen their meditation practice. We will explore many different methods, teachers, and talks, with open discussions and check-ins.
New to Meditation?
Not to worry. We will provide basic instruction to get you started, as well as guidance along the way. There is no need to bring anything except yourself.
What is Emotional Sobriety?
Emotional Sobriety is being in the world in a way that allows us to recognize our feelings and needs, as well as the feelings and needs of others. Informed by this knowledge, we come to act and interact more skillfully with ourselves and others, avoiding harm to them and us.
